Accused killer in court

  1. The judge granted the motion because he did not believe a buccal swab would be an "unreasonable intrusion." Case law backed the motion up.
  2. The defense argued that it was a bit premature because we're still awaiting results of a forensic exam to determine Dhondt's competency.
  3. I have better internet now. Not much more to share about today's proceeding. The prosecution sought the saliva to compare with DNA samples.
  4. The motion, filed by the prosecution, was seeking a mouth swab for DNA from Dhondt. It has been granted.
  5. William Dhondt has entered the courtroom.
  6. I would've shortened that link, but again, rough internet. Attorneys for both sides are here so we should be underway soon.
  7. I'm in court awaiting motion hearing for William Dhondt, accused of dismembering his girlfriend. Internet is shaky here but I'll do my best.
